Welcome, and thank you so much for checking out my store! Due to the current pandemic please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be shipped to you. Please be patient!

Shipping Info:

The shipping costs includes both postage and packaging. Smaller, flat items such as stickers and zines are mailed USPS First Class stamps and do not include tracking, however this allows shipping to be more affordable for customers. Other items are shipped with USPS First Class and do include tracking. Tracking information will be sent to you via email after the shipping label has been created! Generally speaking larger items are mailed out only once a week since I physically need to go to the Post Office to do so. However, flatter items such as stickers or prints are mailed every few days.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately I do not accept returns or exchanges. I have no control over any damages, losses, theft, delays or other USPS related issues during shipment. However, I will do my best to package items in such a way that will minimize possible damage to your order during transit. 

What if my order never arrived?

If your package never arrived but your tracking information says that it's been delivered I unfortunately cannot assist you in any way. Please consider checking with your neighbors or USPS to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. There's also the disheartening possibility that your package was stolen, I sadly cannot offer a refund or replacement in this case. 

If USPS returns your package to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address you have two options:

  • You can have your order refunded (minus the shipping fees)
  • Have the items reshipped to you after paying for the cost of shipping to me through PayPal or Stripe. 
Please try your best to ensure that your address is as complete as possible and correct to avoid this situation in the first place! If you do realize that your address is incorrect before your order has shipped please contact me as soon as possible so I can send your items to the correct address.

Do you take commissions?

I've taken commissions in the past and will most likely take more in the future. However, my commissions are currently CLOSED.
